Pricing & Availability
Application fee is $50.00 and admin fee is $300.00. Pet friendly up to 40lbs, with restrictions. $300 non refundable pet fee for 1 pet and $500.00 for 2 pets. $25.00 month pet rent just one charge even if two pets.
Deposits: We use SayRhino in place of a deposit. Contact the office for more information about the SayRhino program. Renters insurance is required.
